Validity

• Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

• The expiration date is clearly indicated on the certificate and cannot be extended.

Scheduling

• Recipients must initiate scheduling at least 60 days prior to the expiration date to guarantee availability.

• Failure to initiate scheduling within this window may result in forfeiture of the certificate without refund or credit.

Usage

• Gift certificates are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.

• Partial use of a gift certificate will not result in cash back or credit unless otherwise stated.

• Certificates are transferable but the new holder must agree to these terms.

• Transfer has no impact on Expiration date

Appointment Policy

• All appointments are subject to availability.

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made in accordance with our standard cancellation policy.

• Missed appointments or late cancellations may void the certificate.

Service Limitations

• Gift certificates may be used only for the services specified at the time of purchase.

• Additional charges may apply for upgrades or add-on services.

Lost or Stolen Certificates

• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift certificates.
